Starting this month, enrollment is open for the 2018 CCG Future Leaders Program, which is designed to recognize; develop; and retain key, targeted, high-potential employees. It’s a 12-month program in quarterly sessions that accelerates the professional development of current and future management by helping them understand their leadership styles, work better with teams and positively influence others. Participants will hone their leadership skills, gain confidence, prepare themselves for increasing levels of responsibility, and understand how to handle challenges and opportunities in leadership roles today and in the future.

The program—for current and future managers—is designed to give managers and executives proven tools to become better, more effective leaders.

Among other things, participants learn how to:

  • persuade and influence others,
  • manage Millennials,
  • make the transition from “Boss” to “Leader” and
  • retain key employees.

Sessions are held in a classroom environment that allows participants to interact with others and form meaningful and valuable peer relationships. Quarterly meetings in Birmingham, AL, are in January, April, July, and October, with graduation in December 2018. During the graduation session, participants will give group presentations on a topic they have developed as a team.

The program includes the TriMetrix Emotional Intelligence (EQ) & DNA Executive Assessments. Each participant will receive two one-on-one debriefs with Briana Dudley at CCG’s office. Some participants might want to include the optional 360-Feedback Process with Professional Development Plan.

The investment is $3,900 for the year-long program plus an optional $995 for the 360-Feedback Process. This includes assessments, debriefs, binder and all program materials in addition to the classroom sessions. As with all our services, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.
