Linda grew up in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, and has made her home in Birmingham since 1979. When Linda is not working, she enjoys spending time with her two lovely daughters, Stacy and Dana.

EXECUTIVE OVERVIEW
Through a collaborative process, Linda assists both her corporate and individual clients by emphasizing personal strengths, promoting overall creativity and overcoming obstacles to success. This process involves helping her clients visualize exactly what they would like to accomplish, charting a series of short-term and long-term goals, and implementing and monitoring the necessary course of action to achieve these goals.
A major part of Linda’s work involves fine-tuning her clients’ leadership abilities, with an emphasis on effective communication skills; timely and sound decision-making; cultivating a teamwork approach; and balancing professional, family and personal time. Linda’s corporate clients enjoy the added benefit of reduced employee turnover due to a higher level of management satisfaction.
