We begin by bringing participants together to develop a shared vision. Next, the organization redefines its goals based on this new, shared concept. Each month, a CCG Executive Coach meets with the president / CEO to “check in” and monitor the organization’s progress. Any issues or opportunities that might have come up in the previous 30 days are addressed, and a workable plan of action is put in place.
Quarterly, the leadership team reconvenes to assess the progress of the previous 90 days. New To-Dos are established, issues are immediately dealt with and the strategic plan stays on track. The process continues over a 12- to 36-month period.
