Meet Marc Corsini

Marc Corsini is the founder and president of the Birmingham, AL-based Corsini Consulting Group, LLC, which specializes in strategic-planning, succession planning and family-business consulting, HR services and business coaching.

For more than 25 years, Marc has worked with thousands of company owners, executives, professionals and salespeople in a variety of fields and industries including commercial real estate, distribution, construction, and property and casualty insurance. Many of his clients have family-owned companies with multiple generations involved in the business.

Marc is the author of several books including Authentic Selling, Lessons Learned from 20 Years of Coaching and Do What You Do Better: With the 7 F’s of True Success.

Marc holds an Industrial Management degree from Georgia Tech and is a former trustee of the university’s national alumni association. He is an assistant scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 97, and he and his family have served in the infant foster care program of Catholic Family Services in the Birmingham Diocese.

Marc and his wife, Susan, have three children, and they live in Birmingham.

Meet Briana Dudley

As our HR Consultant & Executive Coach, Briana uses her expertise in behavioral sciences to help our clients improve company communications, further employee development and help new hires succeed during the critical onboarding process.

Briana holds certifications from multiple assessment providers. Her credentials include: Certified Professional Behaviors Analyst (CPBA), Certified Professional Motivators Analyst (CPMA), Certified Professional Driving Forces Analyst (CPDFA), Certified Professional HD Analyst (CPHDA) and Certified Professional Emotional Quotient Analyst (CPEQA).

Briana holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and has been an integral part of Corsini Consulting Group for almost 15 years.

Always willing to lend a helping hand—whether it’s by coaching her girls’ softball teams or starting a fundraising drive to assist the homeless—Briana strongly believes we each have the duty to make the world a better place one step at a time.

Briana and her husband, Matthew, and their twin daughters live in Trussville, AL.

Linda Levin

Meet Linda Levin

Linda Levin, president of Achieve Change Today, is a Professional Certified Coach with more than 16 years of experience working with individual and corporate clients and specializing in executive and relationship coaching.

She previously practiced as a licensed clinical social worker and marriage and family therapist. This background enables Linda to have a special insight into understanding relationship dynamics. This is particularly useful when consulting for a family business, where, depending upon needs and the situation, she might meet with individuals or with generations together.

No matter the client, Linda offers a creative and individualized strategic approach to assist those in the workplace. She works with a variety of medium- to large-sized businesses including real estate companies, CPA firms, law firms, insurance companies and engineering firms. Corporate clients appreciate Linda’s comprehensive understanding of their problems as well as her ability to achieve real and lasting results.

Linda earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Social Work degree from Tulane University. Her training as a coach was obtained from the Institute for Life Coach Training. She holds a Professional Coach Certification from the International Coach Federation. Linda also is a part-time faculty advisor for the Boston University Graduate School of Social Work Online Program.

In addition to her passion for coaching, Linda strives to achieve a healthy balance between her professional and personal life. She enjoys yoga, cycling and group fitness classes as well as spending time with her family and friends.

Meet Chris Carwie

Chris Carwie is the owner of Carwie & Associates (C&A), a consulting firm specializing in market research, strategic planning, business development, and sales training in the construction and material-supply industries. Chris established C&A in January of 2005, following more than a decade of direct work experience with Vulcan Materials Company, Ashland Oil and Koch Materials Company.

For over twenty years, Chris has worked extensively in selling- and marketing-related roles, focusing on developing and cultivating relationships, project estimating and bidding, procuring and selling materials and sales management. In the last five years, C&A has expanded into sales training and coaching in the material-supply industry as well as the insurance, education and counseling sectors. This wide-ranging experience enables C&A to stay current on sales issues and industry topics, providing Chris with key insights into today’s sales professional.

Chris holds an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Birmingham-Southern College and a Masters in Business Administration from Louisiana State University. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities including golf, tennis, hunting, mountain biking and coaching youth sports. Chris lives in Birmingham, AL, with his wife, Lea, and two children, Caroline and John.

Meet Susan Swagler

Susan Swagler has worked with Corsini Consulting Group, as an editor and writer, for almost 25 years. Additionally as a journalist, she has written about books, food, travel, business and life for more than three decades, and she delights in sharing all this and more at savor.blog. 

As an editor and branding expert, Susan works with a variety of industries—from business consulting like ours to manufacturing, start-ups, finance, marketing, engineering, and restaurants and hospitality.

Susan’s work has appeared in local, regional and national newspapers and magazines. She has a monthly book segment on WBRC Fox 6, and she wrote a popular weekly book column for many years focusing mainly on Southern writers. She worked for more than 20 years as a trusted restaurant critic for The Birmingham News.Before that, she covered food, fashion, business and lifestyles at The Tampa Tribune.

Susan is a founding member and the current president of the Birmingham chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier International, a philanthropic organization of women leaders in food, wine and hospitality. Since its founding in 2013, the Birmingham chapter has awarded more than $55,000 in entrepreneurial grants, nonprofit awards and college scholarships to women of all ages all over our state who are pursuing food-related careers.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Auburn University at Montgomery. Committed to community service, she served on the Mountain Brook Planning Commission for 12 years, the last three of those as chair of the commission. Susan also has served on the board of the Literacy Council of Central Alabama, coached young girls for Girls on the Run and served for several elections as a poll worker. She and her husband, Rick, live in Vestavia Hills, and they have three grown children.
